Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the establishment.

House Rules

The unit is strictly self catering but cleaning services can be arranged before arrival for an extra cost. The outstanding balance is payable 48 hours before arrival.
Guests need to provide their own bath and swimming towels as well as hairdryers.
There is a refundable breakage deposit of R 500.00,as well as a Linen deposit of R500 which will be refunded with 3 - 5 days after departure.
There is a strict non-smoking policy inside the unit, however guests are welcome to smoke outside where there are dedicated smoking areas.
Although we welcome all age groups we do not entertain matriculants finishing school, the establishment reserves the right to deny them occupation when this happens without any refund.
