Seaview on 2822 is a lovely self-catering home located in Betty's Bay, just a short walk from the beach, making it an ideal location for a family holiday. This beautiful property can accommodate up to 4 guests at a time and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a guest toilet. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed while the second bedroom contains a double bed. These 2 rooms have access to the patio and deck through private sliding doors. 2 Extra guests can be accommodated on 2 single beds at an additional cost in the third bedroom with a mountain view. The first bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. The second bathroom has a bath, basin and toilet. The open-plan living area features tall ceilings and a kitchen that is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery, and crockery, as well as a dishwasher. A central 4-seater dining table is also available. Leading from the kitchen is a cosy lounge with comfortable couches, an indoor fireplace, and a TV. Guests are offered complimentary Wi-Fi and this is still available during load-shedding. Outside, guests have access to a covered patio with large glass windows, outdoor furniture and a built-in braai, which is an ideal spot for a sundowner while admiring the ocean views. Additionally, this property has a beautiful garden with a fire pit, and secure on-site parking is available. The property is above the owner's home who stays on the property as well.
